We just hate when companies write long policies without giving you contact information.  So, before you read anything, our office number is 208-938-3612. To make this experience simple, we'll explain a few things and then trust that your good judgment will exercise mutual professionalism.

1) This Web site is intended for use by companies and organizations doing business in the United States. This site in meant for information purposes and some transactions; however, it is not intended to serve as the sole source of information in professional research. You are encouraged to seek additional data.

2) We will do our very best to ensure a positive relationship with Code RED PR, but should any conflict be horrible enough to compel legal action, use of this site means you agree to abide by laws in the state of Idaho of the U.S.A.

3) We ask that you use this Web site responsibly.

4) This Web site, and others owned by CRPR, is to provide news releases, contact information, and to provide access to current and potential clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

5) Please visit our "about us" page to read on our Honor Code.

6) Changes will occur so check back as needed.

7) We encourage long-term use of our site, but if you intend on using any information on a regular basis, we insist that you include our approval and inclusion in your plan prior to execution. We are easily accessible by calling our office.

8) Online payments are secure and CRPR does not receive your credit card information--it's none of our business! Having said that, we contract with 1 Shopping Cart and PayPal who, together, provide our online purchase experience. They are well known for consumer transactions.

9) Any information posted to this and other sites owned by CRPR, conversations held verbally in person or over mobile devise become the property of CRPR. However, we are sensitive to privacy—actually we’re freaky about privacy! That said, it is our commitment that your personal information is not shared with outside organizations. That includes attending seminars, posting questions, and speaking with our customer service. However, there are some areas of public domain.

10) Since we’re in the service industry, CRPR does have the right to include information in our public press releases, on site, in printed material about our client profile; however, that will not…repeat…WILL NOT include any personal, private individual information. An example of how we might include information, CRPR may post the client/company name as a client, include project progress, announce new partnerships, representation of your company, or confirm news, but that is common to being a public relations service. If, for some wild reason you ask us to represent you and you do not want to be public, we will be confused and certainly ask why, but ultimately if we accept a client we honor our client.

11) We’re in the business that says we know how to communicate so should any of this create more confusion than clarity, please call us quickly!!

Warmest regards,

CRPR leadership
